Provides built-in light and dark themes, custom color palette creation, accent color selection, and automatic contrast adjustments.

Supports freedesktop.org icon theme spec compliance, multiple icon themes, fallback icon handling, and symbolic icon variants.

Allows per-application color overrides, window decoration styles, panel transparency options, and widget styling.
